آفاق وفرص التمويل الإسلامي المستدام: دراسة في الأبعاد الأخلاقية والتنموية

Résumé: تعالج هذه الدراسة آفاق وفرص التمويل الإسلامي بالتركيز على أبعاده الأخلاقية والتنموية، حيث عزز هذا النمط من التمويل استدامة وفرص الاستثمار الحقيقي ودعائم التنمية المستدامة في مختلف دول العالم، واستهدفت الدراسة العوامل الداعمة لتفضيل التمويل الإسلامي وسبل استدامته والنظر في خصائصه وهياكله ومؤسساته؛ وأوضحت الدراسة الدور البارز للصناعة المالية الإسلامية العالمية التي شهدت نمواً قوياً خلال السنوات الماضية بعدما طرأت عليه العديد من التطورات التي تسهم في زيادة توسيع حدوده الجغرافية والقطاعية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى زيادة حجم الأعمال المالية الإسلامية بالنظر لكفاءته واستدامته، وأن هناك اهتمام متسارع في صياغة وتنظيم وهيكلة منتجات استثمارية متخصصة متوافقة مع أحكام الشريعة. وتعد صناديق الاستثمار العقاري الإسلامية وصناديق الاستثمار المتداولة الإسلامية واستثمارات الأوقاف والأسهم الخاصة الإسلامية ورأس المال الاستثماري الإسلامي والتمويلات الجماعية الإسلامية، ... بمثابة هياكل مفضلة للمستثمرين الباحثين عن خيارات استثمارية سليمة أخلاقياً وذات أسس متينة ومستدامة، وأخيرا أوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تكوين نظام بيئي أعمق وأكثر استدامة، والنظر لمزايا تنافسية ومرونة واستدامة التمويل الإسلامي لتلبيته متطلبات التنمية الحقيقية، فضلا عن أصالته الدينية والأخلاقية، This study addresses the prospects and opportunities of Islamic finance by focusing on its ethical and developmental dimensions. This type of financing has enhanced the sustainability and opportunities of real investment and the pillars of sustainable development in various countries of the world. The study aimed at supporting the preference of Islamic finance and its sustainability and its characteristics, structures and institutions. To the international Islamic financial industry, which has seen strong growth over the past years after many developments that contribute to the further expansion of its geographical and sectoral boundaries. The study concluded that the volume of Islamic financial business has increased due to its efficiency and sustainability, and that there is an accelerated interest in the formulation, organization and structuring of specialized Shariah compliant investment products. Islamic investment funds, Islamic trading funds, Islamic endowments, Islamic private equity, Islamic investment capital and Islamic collective financing ... are preferred structures for investors looking for sound, ethical and sustainable investment options. Finally, the study recommended The need to configure for a deeper and more sustainable ecosystem, and consideration of the competitive advantages, flexibility and sustainability of Islamic finance to meet the real development requirements, as well as its religious and moral authenticity,
