Résumé: ملخص: شهد التمويل المالي الإسلامي في السنوات الأخيرة نموا متسارعا حول العالم ، وأصبح يساهم في التنمية الاقتصادية من خلال إنشاء العديد من المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية والبنوك الإسلامية مع مساهمين من مختلف بلدان العالم، حيث هدفنا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى عرض تجارب دولية وإسلامية تبنت مفهوم التمويل الإسلامي وعرض مدى تطوره وانتشاره في العالم، وتوصلنا إلى أن التمويل الإسلامي حقق تطبيقه ايجابيات عدة للمؤسسات والبلدان التي تبنته، كما سعت العديد من المؤسسات إلى إقامة شراكات مبدأها التمويل الإسلامي المعتمد على قوانين الشريعة الإسلامية. Abstract : Islamic finance has witnessed rapid growth in recent years around the world, especially with regard to improving the quality of financial services, and has become contributing to economic development through the establishment of many Islamic financial institutions and Islamic banks with shareholders from different countries of the world, where our goal is through This research paper presented international and Islamic experiences that adopted the concept of Islamic finance and presented the extent of its development and spread in the world, and we concluded that Islamic finance has achieved its application several advantages for the institutions and countries that have adopted it, and many institutions have sought to establish partnerships of its principle Certified Islamic Finance on Islamic Sharia law.
