دور القيادة الادارية في تعزيز الثقة لدى المرؤوسين دراسة حالة: عينة من موظفي المؤسسة الاستشفائية طولقة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تحليل دور القيادة الإدارية (التحويلية والتبادلية) في تعزيز الثقة لدى المرؤوسين، وهم عينة من موظفي المؤسسة الإستشفائية طولقة، استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، والتي تكونت من 22 عبارة، حيث قسمت الى ثلاثة محاور، المحور الاول الخصائص الشخصية والوظيفية لعينة الدراسة، والمحور الثاني وهو المتغير المستقل في الدراسة فتمثل في القيادة الإدارية التي تضمنت (نمطي القيادة التحويلية والتبادلية) والمحور الأخير وهو الثقة. ولتحليل البيانات تم استخدام (SPSS)، الاصدار رقم (20). ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تم طرح الفرضية الرئيسية والتي تمثلت في: لا يوجد دور معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية للقيادة الإدارية في تعزيز الثقة لدى المرؤوسين. This study aimed to analyze the role of administrative leadership (transformational and transactional) in enhancing the trust of subordinates, in the hospital organisation Tolga, the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data, which consisted of 22 phrases, which was divided into three axes, the first axis personal and functional characteristics of the study sample, and the second axis is the independent variable in the study represented in the administrative leadership, which included (styles of transformational and reciprocal leadership), and the last axis of trust. For data analysis, SPSS version 20 was used. To achieve the objective of the study, the main hypothesis was put forward: There is no statistically significant moral role for the administrative leadership in enhancing the trust of subordinates.
