Résumé: لا مراء أن نسق الإصلاحات السياسية في الجزائر لا سيما قانون الانتخابات كان هدفه الأساسي دعم تثبيت وإشراك الشعب في مختلف الاستحقاقات الانتخابية، بغية تعزيز المشاركة السياسية، ووضع حد للخروقات في المجال السياسي، ذلك أن دراسة منازعات الترشح للانتخابات الرئاسية يرتبط أساسا بالشأن السياسي للبلاد، إذ تضمن القوانين الانتخابية حق الترشح، وأحقية إبداء الطعون الانتخابية في صحة الترشيحاتـ، أو في رفض ملفات الترشح والناتجة عن عدم احترام أو خرق مبادئ وشروط الترشح ، والذي تتولى الفصل فيه السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات والمجلس الدستوري الجزائري بإجراءات مضبوطة ومحددة. Abstract: There is no doubt that the coordination of political reforms in Algeria, especially the electoral law, was its main objective to support the stabilization and involvement of the people in the various electoral benefits, in order to enhance political participation and put an end to violations in the political field, as the study of candidacy disputes for the presidential elections is mainly related to the political affairs of the country, as The electoral laws guarantee the right to candidacy, and the right to express electoral challenges to the validity of candidacies, or to reject candidacy files resulting from non-respect or violation of the principles and conditions of candidacy, which the Independent National Electoral Authority and the Algerian Constitutional Council handle with precise and specific procedures
