تأثير أبعاد العلامة التجارية أوريدو على القرار الشرائي لدى عينة من المتعاملين بمدينة جيجل.

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى أبعاد العلامة التجارية أوريدو، وأثر كل من هذه الأبعاد على القرار الشرائي لدى عينة من المتعاملين في مدينة جيجل، وشملت الدراسة عينة من 200 متعاملا بعلامة أوريدو بمدينة جيجل، ولتحليل البيانات تم استخدام برنامج SPSS والذي من خلاله تم استخلاص مجموعة من المؤشرات الإحصائية الدالة، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر لكل من السعر المدرك والجودة المدركة وثقة العميل المدركة على القرار الشرائي للمتعاملين، في حين خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه لا يوجد أثر للقيمة المدركة على القرار الشرائي للمتعاملين. وتتمثل أهم توصية للدراسة تتمثل في التركيز على فهم سلوكيات المستهلكين الشرائية بولاية جيجل ومقارنتها مع خصائص الخدمات الأخرى المقدمة من أجل التطوير والابتكار في خصائص خدمة أوريدو. This study aimed to reveal the level of the dimensions of Ooredoo brand, and the impact of each of this dimensions on the purshasing decision of sample of dealers in Jijel city. The study included a sample of 70 Ooredoo dealers in Jijel city. To analyze the data, the SPSS was used, through which a set of statistical indicators was extracted. The results of the study showed an effect of perceived price, perceived quality, and perceived customer confidence on the purchasing behavior of dealers, while the study concluded that there is no effect of perceived value on the purchasing decision of meditators. The most important recommendation of the study is to focus on understanding the purchasing decision of consumers in Jijel, and compare it with the characteristics of other services provided in order to develop and innovate in the characteristics of Ooredoo service.
