Résumé: This research aims at shedding light on the translation of the anatomical term and its reality. We discussed specialized translation and its importance in transferring knowledge and science between generations. We also dealt with terminology in its concept and types, with identifying the elements of translating the medical term in both the source and target languages. This research aims to study the problem of translating the anatomical terms. the study necessitated resorting required to work blogs represented in various dictionaries, which overcome the difficulties in analyzing medical terms related to anatomy, and we concluded that the problem of translating the medical term remains an obstacle for translators
