المراجعة التسويقية وأهميتها في تحسين األداء التسويقي لممؤسسة الخدمية دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصاالت الجزائر الوحدة العممية لالتصاالت ورقمة

Résumé: المؤسسة الخدمية بالتطبيق على مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر الوحدة العملية للاتصالات ورقلة ، من خلال معالجتنا للإشكالية التالية " ما مدى تأثير المراجعة التسويقية على تحسين الأداء التسويقي للمؤسسة الخدمية " ، ولهذا الغرض تم الاعتماد على الملاحظة العلمية والوثائق الرسمية والمقابلات الشخصية مع المسؤولين وتوزيع والمعالجة الإحصائية للاستمارة الإستبيانية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يكتسي الأداء التسويقي في المؤسسة الخدمية أهمية جد بالغة،كما توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أنه لا يوجد تأثير كبير للمراجعة التسويقية على الاداء التسويقي للمؤسسة مما يدل على وجود عوامل أخرى تساهم في ذلك مثل : عناصر المزيج التسويقي ، نظام المعلومات التسويقيAbstract This study addressed the marketing review the term, and we tried to clarify its role in improving marketing performance in the service enterprise application on Algerie Telecom Foundation unity process of communication and Ouargla, through our treatment following the problematic "What is the marketing audit to improve the marketing performance of the institution service effect", and for this purpose has been to rely on scientific observation and official documents and interviews with officials and distribution of statistical processing of Form Alastpianih, the study concluded that is of marketing performance in the service organization importance very seriously, as we came through this study that there is no significant impact for review the marketing on the marketing performance of the institution which shows the existence of other factors that contribute to such elements of the marketing mix, the marketing information system.
