Résumé: This study aimed to identify the role of the quality of work life in the development of competitive personality traits among university tire workers, and the study sample amounted to (108) tire workers at the University of Ouargla. (Designed by the researcher) the first is about the quality of work life and the second is the competitive personality traits, and the validity and reliability of both tools were verified, and from the statistical methods we mention the Pearson correlation coefficient, TEST and Chevier’s test, and the study reached the following results: - The level of quality of work life among the study sample members is average - There is a relationship between the dimensions of quality of work life and competitive personality traits among the study sample members - There is no significant effect of the dimensions of quality of work life and competitive personality traits among university tires. - There are statistically significant differences in the quality of work life due to: (gender - age). - There are no statistically significant differences in the quality of work life due to: (seniority at work)
