دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تطوير الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية ) دراسة حالة مؤسسة موبيليس - فرع ورقلة - ( في الفترة مارس 2015

Résumé: تتركز هذه الدراسة على واحدة من الموضوعات المهمة التي تخص اتصالات الجزائر ألا وهي ادارة الجودة الشاملة، ا ولتي تعتبر عملية تحسين وتطوير المهام لانجاز عملية ما، حيث سنوضح الترابط الشديد بينها وبين الميزة التنافسية وصولا إلى مرتبة متميزة من الأداء، ومن اجل تحقيق هذه الغاية قامت الباحثة بتحليل احصائي لأراء عدد من الموظفين من مؤسسة موبيليس الناشطة بولاية ورقلة للوقوف على واقع ادارة الجودة الشاملة بها، باعتبار هذه الاخيرة مرتكزا اساسيا للاتصالات وقد حاولنا التعرف على مدى التزام مؤسسة موبيليس بإبعاد إدارة الجودة الشاملة، تم اختبار صحة العلاقة بين الميزة التنافسية لموبيليس وعناصر ادارة الجودة الشاملة وخلصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات من اهمها على مؤسسة موبيليس التركيز اكثر على المشاركة الكاملة لأننا لاحظنا نقص اهتمام في هذا الجانب وذلك من خلال تعزيز وتشجيع الاداء الجماعي الفعال وتنمي روح العمل المتكامل ا ولاستفادة من القدرات الابداعية ا ولمهارات العلمية. على مؤسسة موبيليس أن تهتم اكثر بتطوير التعاون بين وظائفها ا ولتعرف على احتياجات بعضها من الموارد المادية ا ولبشرية ا ولفنية المساعدة على دعم التحسين المستمرThis study focused on one of the important issues concerning Algeria Telecom, namely, total quality management, which is the process of improving and developing tasks to complete the process، where we'll show strong correlation between them and the competitive advantage down to a distinct order of performance، and in order to achieve this end, the researcher statistical analysis of the views of a number of employees of Mobilis Foundation activist Ouargla state to stand up to the reality of total quality management، as the latter an essential foundation for communications We have tried to identify the extent of Mobilis Foundation's commitment to the dimensions of total quality management, it has been the health of the relationship between the competitive advantage of Mobilis and elements of total quality management and the study concluded with several recommendations of the most important of the Mobilis institution more emphasis on the full participation test because we noticed a lack of interest in this side and that by enhancing and promoting effective collective performance and develop the spirit of integrated work and take advantage of the creative capacity and scientific skills -aly Mobilis the institution more concerned with the development of cooperation between their functions and identify the needs of some of the physical and human resources and technical assistance to support the continuous improvement
