دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تطوير الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية
Résumé: تعتبر إدارة الجودة الشاملة من أحدث المفاهيم التي برزت إلى حيز التطبيق في مجال الاقتصادي ،ولمعرفة دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لمؤسسة اقتصادية تم إجراء دراسةميدانية كوندور الكترونيك ببرج بوعريريج، تهدف إلى الوقوفعلى واقع وأهداف تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تطوير الميزة التنافسية في المؤسسات اقتصادية، و توضيح طبيعةالعلاقة بين ادارة الجودة الشاملة والميزة التنافسية وقد تحددت اشكال هذه الدراسة في كيف تؤثر ادارة الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق وخلق الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية ؟، وقد اتبع في هذه الدراسةالمنهج الوصفي و دراسة حالة وكما تم الاعتماد على استمارة استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وزعت على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من 60 فرد، وبعد جمع البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائيا ومن خلال نتائج الفرضيات الجزئيةقد تبين أن مؤسسة محل الدراسة تطبق إدارة الجودة الشاملة وهذا ما يحقق ويزيد من ميزتها التنافسية.ومن اهم نتائج التي توصلنا لها : زيادةتبنيمبادئإدارةالجودةالشاملةيؤثرإيجابياعلىالميزةالتنافسيةللمؤسساتالاقتصادية، و ان ادارة الجودة الشاملة تعمل على تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة من خلال تطبيق مبادئها. )-الكلمات المفتاحية(: إدارة الجودة الشاملة، الميزة التنافسية. ABSTRACT Total qualitymanagamentisconsidered the latest concepts that has appeuredinto application in the economicsphere and to knon the role of the total qualitymanegment in achieving the coparativeadvantage of an economic institution a fieldstiutywasconduded at condor electroniccompany at Bordj Bou Arreridj aims to stand en greality and objectives of the application of total quality management in devloping the comparativadvantag in the economic institution and to clarify the nature the relutionshipbetwin the total qualitymanagment and the comperativadvantage.and the forms of thisstudy have been determined in how the total qualtymanagmenteffects the achivemnent and creation of the comparative advantage of an economic institution? And the descriptive approch and cas studywasfollowed in thisstudy and a questionnaire wasalsoused as a tool for collecting information distrtributed on a simple randomsampleconsisting of 60 personafter data ;collection and processingit and through the results of partial hypotheses have been shownthat the institution of the studyapplies the total qualitymanagment and thatachives and rise of her comparative advantage and one of the most important resultswereaches to increased adoption of total qualitymanagmentprincepleseffectspositively on the comparative advantage of the economic institution and the total qualitymanagmentworks on achiving the comparative advantagethrough application of itsprinciples .
