الجهود الدولية لحماية حقوق الاطفال في أوقات النزاع المسلح International Efforts To Protect The Rights Of Children In Times Of Armed Conflict

Résumé: اصبح العالم في الآونة الاخيرة يعرف تطورا ملحوظا في مجال الحماية الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، و خصوصا بسبب ما اتسع انتشاره من حروب و عنف و نزاعات دولية و غير دولية، مسلحة و غير مسلحة، و ما ينتج عن هذا من اثار وخيمة، بحيث أصبحت مسالة احترام حقوق الانسان و حمايتها احد الالتزامات الدولية التي تخضع لها الدولة بشكل رسمي في إطار احترامها للقانون الدولي، و يعتبر الاطفال هم الفئة الهشة و الاكثر تضررا من كل ذلك، لذا عمل القانون الدولي الإنساني وبموقف ثابت و صريح على تكريس الزامية احترام و حماية حقوق الأطفال أثناء النزاعات المسلحة، و سعى الى توفير آليات تكفل وضع نصوص هذه الاتفاقات و المعاهدات موضع التنفيذ بما يضمن تحقيق الحماية الفعلية لهؤلاء الأطفال، فتناولنا تبيين هذه الجهود الدولية و مدى نجاحها في توفير تلك الحماية. The world is experiencing many wars and international and non-international conflicts, armed and unarmed, so the issue of respecting human rights and children's rights has become one of the international obligations to which the state is formally bound in the framework of its respect for international law, therefore international humanitarian law enshrined the obligation to respect the protection of children's rights during armed conflicts and put into effect agreements and treaties to achieve effective protection for these children, because children are the most affected due to their vulnerability,That is why we participated in a research paper entitled International efforts to protect the rights of children in times of armed conflict.
