شروط وعوامل نجاح تبني تسويق الموارد البشرية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى التركيز على العوامل والشروط التي تعمل على نجاح تبني تسويق الموارد البشرية، مع توضيح مفاهيم إدارة الموارد البشرية باعتبارها مهتمة بقضايا المورد البشري، وكذلك تم التطرق إلى التسويق بشكل عام، باعتبار أن فلسفة تسويق الموارد البشرية مستمدة منه، حيث توصلت هذه الورقة أن شروط نجاح ينقسم إلى قسمين: الأول هو عوامل النجاح مثل: تكييف عمليات إدارة رأس المال البشري التي تعكس وضعية صاحب العمل، اعتماد منهج كامل مماثل لذلك المطبق في التسويق، فالاتصال والعلامة التجارية لصاحب العمل ليست سوى بعض من المكونات، وتوفير مستوى معين لإدراك المؤسسة، ...الخ، أما الثاني هو الجهات الفاعلة للتبني وتتمثل في: الإدارة العليا، مديرية الموارد البشرية، المديرين ومديرية الاتصال إن وجدت. The aim of this pape ris to focus on the factors and conditions that enable the successful adoption of human resources marketink, while clarifying the concepts of human resources management as an interest in human resource issues. Marketing has also been addressed in general, as the philosophy of marketing human resources derives from it. Success conditions are divided into two parts: the first are success factors such as: adapting human capital management processes that reflect the position of the employer, adopting a whole approach similar to that applied in marketing, communication and the employer's brand are only some of the components, providing a certain level of recognition of the founder , ... etc. The second is the actors to adopt are: senior management, Human Resources Directorate, managers and the Directorate of contact if any.
