المقاربة النظرية لتسويق الموارد البشرية Theoretical Approach In Marketing Human Resources

Résumé: نظرا للتطورات الحاصلة في مجال إدارة الموارد البشرية في القرن الحالي، وما نتج عنه من التزامات وأعباء على منظمة الأعمال لمواكبة هذه التطورات، لم تعد الأساليب التقليدية المستخذمة في إدارة الموارد البشرية تؤدي بالغرض المنتظر منها، إذ ظهرت توجهات حديثة في الإدارة تركز على ضرورة تبني المفهوم التسويقي والذي إنطلق من التسويق الداخلي ليصل إلى إعتماد تسويق الموارد البشرية من طرف مديري إدارة الموارد البشرية ، هذا المفهوم الذي نال اهتمام كبير في أدبيات الفكر الإداري المعاصر إذا أصبح من الضروري أن تتفاعل إدارة المواد البشرية معه ليتحقق نجاح المؤسسة وتميزها ومن هذا المنطلق جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية من أجل التأصيل النظري لتسويق الموارد البشرية من خلال تسليط الضوء على كل من مفهوم التسويق الداخلي والتسويق الإجتماعي وإبراز نقاط التداخل بينها (التسويق الداخلي، التسويق الإجتماعي ، تسويق الموارد البشرية ...)
