الأنماط القيادية عند رؤساء فرق العمل و أثرها على دافعية الانجاز لدى المرؤوسين -دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة الوكالة الوطنية للطرق السيارة-

Résumé: من أهم المواضيع المرتبطة بموضع الإدارة, هناك موضوع القيادة, نظرا لما تلعبه من أدوار داخل المؤسسات من توحيد جهود العاملين نحوى تحقيق الأهداف الموضوعة, و من هدا المنطلق، جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسلط الضوء على أهمية موضوع القيادة ، لما لها من أهمية في الوسط المؤسساتي، و التي تدفع بالمؤسسات الاقتصادية إلى تحقيق الفعالية و الوصول إلى أهدافها المسطرة. و دراسة أثرها على دافعية الانجاز لدى المرؤوسين و أعضاء فرق العمل، بحيث تتجلى و تتميز نوعية القيادة و نتائجها. One of the most important topics related to the management sector is the issue of leadership, considering the role played by companies in unifying the efforts of employees to achieve the objectives set. from this point of view, this study came to underline the importance of the issue of leadership and its impact on motivation because of its importance in the institutional environment that drives economic institutilns to be effective and to achieve their goals. As well as to study its on the motivation of subordinates and members of the work team, so that it is apparent and distinguishes the quality of leadership and its aims.
