عرض التجربة الإماراتية في مجال تطوير الطاقة المتجددة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة Presentation Of The Uae Experience In The Field Of Renewable Energy Development To Achieve Sustainable Development

Résumé: للإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة التي تتمحور حول: مدى مساهمة الطاقات المتجددة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، تم التطرق لمختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بالطاقات المتجددة والتنمية المستدامة. وقد تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لكونه ملائما لعرض المفاهيم المرتبطة بالطاقات المتجددة والتنمية المستدامة، مع الاستعانة بمنهج دراسة الحالة لأننا بصدد عرض التجربة الإماراتية وإمكانية الاستفادة منها في هذا المجال. وقد خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج أهمها: استطاعت دولة الإمارات بناء اقتصاد قوي، متنوع وغير معتمد على النفط بفضل اعتمادها على ثلاث ركائز وهي: القطاع الخاص، الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر وتشجيع الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة، كما تعتبر مدينة مصدر اليوم المدينة البيئية الأكثر استدامة في العالم، وذلك بفضل رؤيتها الطموحة، مناخها الاستثماري المناسب والمزايا التي تقدمها للمستثمرين. To answer the problem of the study, which focuses on the extent to which renewable energies contribute to achieving sustainable development, the various concepts related to renewable energies and sustainable development have been addressed. The descriptive analytical approach has been followed as it is appropriate to present the concepts associated with renewable energies and sustainable development, using the case study method because we are presenting the UAE experience and the possibility of making use of it in this field. The study has come up with a set of results, most importantly: By relying on three pillars: the private sector, foreign direct investment and encouraging investment in renewable energies, the UAE has been able to build a strong, diversified and non-oil-dependent economy .Masdar City today is the most sustainable environmental city in the world, thanks to its ambitious vision, favorable investment climate and the benefits it offers to investors.
