التوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التكوين المهني دراسة ميدانية ببعض مراكز مدينة تقرت

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف على مستوى التوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التكوين المهني ببعض مراكز تقرت، ثم معرفة ما إذا كانت توجد فروق بين أساتذة التكوين المهني في التوافق المهني حسب الدرجة المهنية، وكذلك معرفة ما إذا كانت توجد فروق بين أساتذة التكوين المهني في التوافق المهني تعزى إلى نمط الوظيفة، وكذلك معرفة ما إذا كانت توجد فروق بين أساتذة التكوين المهني في التوافق المهني تعزى لمتغير الجنس وقد توصل الباحث إلى النتائج التالية: -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التكوين المهني تعزى لمتغير الدرجة المهنية. -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التكوين المهني باختلاف نمط الوظيفة. -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التكوين المهني باختلاف الجنس. وقد اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي المناسب لطبيعة الدراسة وذلك بالاعتماد على استبيان للتوافق المهني وقد تم تبنيه من الباحث هشام زروقة و تم تطبيق هذه الدراسة على 85 أستاذ ببعض مراكز التكوين المهني مدينة تقرت، وللتأكيد من صحته استخدمنا الخصائص السيكومترية، وبعد جمع البيانات تمت المعالجة باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية ) T.test ) (تحليل التباين الأحادي) وذلك باستخدام برنامج spssنسخة 21. The study aimed to reveal the level of professional compatibility of vocational training teachers of some centers in Touggourt, then find out whether there are differences between vocational training teachers in professional compatibility according to the professional degree, due to the type of job and due to the gender variable. The researcher reached the following results: - There are no statistically significant differences in the professional compatibility of vocational training teachers due to the variable of professional degree. -There are no statistically significant differences in the professional compatibility of vocational training teachers according to the type of job. -There are no statistically significant differences in the professional compatibility of vocational training teachers according to gender. We have followed the descriptive exploratory approach, based on a questionnaire for professional compatibility, which was adopted by the researcher Hisham Zarrouka. This study was applied to 85 teachers of some vocational training centers in Touggourt, and to confirm its validity we used the psychometric properties, after collecting the data, the treatment was carried out using the methods Statistical (T.test), (one-way analysis of variance) relying on the program )spss( version21
