مستوى إدراك العدالة التوزيعية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة جيجل.

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة مستوى إدراك أعضاء هيئة التدريس للعدالة التوزيعية بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة جيجل، حيث تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من أفراد العينة المقدر عددهم ب 30 أستاذ، ولاختبار فرضية الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المتوسط الحسابي باستخدام برنامج spss. توصلت هذه الدراسة لوجود مستوى إدراك متوسط للعدالة التوزيعية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة جيجل. The aim of This study Is to find out the level of awareness of distributive justice in university professors at the faculty of economic and commercial sciences and management sciences, the questionnare was used to collect data from the 30 eyewitnesses, to test the hypothesis of the study, the arithmetic mean was used using the spss program. the results of the study have reached a average level of awareness of distributive justice from the viewpoint of the faculty members of the faculty of economic, business and management sciences the university of jijel.
