مستوى الإلتزام التنظيمي في العمل (دراسة ميدانية بالمجمع الغازي شمال رقان- سالي ولاية أدرار- الجزائر)

Résumé: تناولت الدراسة مفهوم الالتزام التنظيمي وهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الالتزام التنظيمي لدى العاملين في المجمع الغازي شمال رقان ببلدية سالي ولاية أدرار جنوب غرب الجزائر ،و كذلك معرفة مدى تأثير بعض العوامل الشخصية الخاصة بالموظفين على مستويات التزامهم التنظيمي (طبيعة عقد العمل ،السن، مستوى التعليم ، والخبرة ). أما بالنسبة لمنهجية الدراسة فاعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي معتمدا على الاستبيان في جمع المعلومات على عينة بلغت 285 توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: وجود مستوى متوسط من الالتزام التنظيمي لدى عمال المجمع الغازي شمال رقان ،كما وأشارت الدراسة إلى وجود فرق في مستويات الالتزام التنظيمي لدى العمال يعزى لمتغيرات السن ، المستوى التعليم، والخبرة . The study dealt with the concept of organizational commitment and the aim of the study was to identify the level of organizational commitment among workers in the Ghazi complex north of Reggan in the municipality of Sali, Adrar commitment (The nature of the employment contract, age, level Education, experience), as for the methodology of the study, it depended on the descriptive approach, relying on the questionnaire to collect information on a sample of 285 The study found a set of results, the most important of which are: the presence of a medium level of organizational commitment among workers at the Ghazi Complex north of Raqan, and the study also indicated that there is a difference in the levels of organizational commitment among workers due to variables of age, education, and experience.
