حماية الممتلكات الثقافية في النزاع المسلح

Résumé: الملخص : تعتبر الممتلكات الثقافية من أهم اشكال التراث الثقافي العالمي للشعوب وهي ركائز الحضارة المدنية ومصادر المعرفة الإنسانية و التي يقصد بها جميع أنواع المنقولات والعقارات وكذا الأماكن المخصصة لحمايتها وحفظها، وهذه الممتلكات الثقافية تكون مكفولة بنظام قانوني دولي لحمايتها في زمن السلم والحرب، لأنها تمثل ماضي الشعوب وحاضرها ومستقبلها ، و يتمثل هذا النظام في احكام القانون الدولي الإنساني الذي هو مجموعة القواعد العرفية الاتفاقية التي تقرر الحماية الدولية الخاصة المكفولة للممتلكات الثقافية في ظل النزاعات المسلحة . Summary : Cultural property is one of the most important forms of the world's cultural heritage of peoples. It is the cornerstone of civil civilization and the sources of human knowledge, which are meant for all types of movables and real estate as well as the places reserved for their protection and preservation. These cultural properties are guaranteed by an international legal system to protect them in times of peace and war. And its future, and this system is the provisions of international humanitarian law, which is a set of customary rules Convention that decides the special international protection of cultural property in armed conflict
