Problems Of Local Development In The Shadow Areas In Algeria

Résumé: Abstract: The study aims to analyze the reality of local development in the shadow areas in Algeria, in addition to highlighting the developmental role of local communities and the most important obstacles to achieving local development in these areas, especially in light of the powers assigned to them under laws and regulations, by answering the problem of identifying obstacles and problems that formed a barrier that prevents local communities from achieving their role in local development in the shadow areas in Algeria, based on the premise that local development in the shadow areas is achieved by expanding the powers of Local authorities as well as the activation of participatory democracy, which was proven by the research paper after studying and analyzing the various developments of the policy adopted for the development of shadow areas.
