Résumé: السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات آلية جديدة استحدثها المشرع الجزائري بموجب القانون العضوي رقم 17-09 ، بحيث تم تحويل كافة صلاحيات السلطات العمومية في المجال الانتخابي إلى السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات ، وهذا لضمان النزاهة و الشفافية من جهة، ودرءا لكل ما من شأنه المساس بشرعية العلمية الانتخابية من جهة آخرى.
