Résumé: :ظهرت روح التصوف في العهد العثماني في العديد من المجتمعات، والجزائر كغيرها مست مجتمعها هذه الروح في هذا العهد، وذلك بظهور العديد من الطرق الصوفية ورجالاتها المتصوفة، وذلك للتأثير في الناس وجعلهم أتباعا لهم، بطريقة أو بأخرى لإظهار مواقفهم من خلال نشر الأخلاق الصحيحة والسلوك الديني. والشيخ العلامة حسين الورتيلاني يعد واحد من بين رجال المتصوفة الذي عملوا جهدهم على نشر السلوك الخلقي الصحيح للشرع الإسلامي. في هذا المقال نحاول تسليط الضوء على حياة الرجل في امتدادها وارتباطها بالجانب الصوفي ومدى انعكاس ذلك كله على حركة التصوف في الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني عامة.. During the Ottoman Era, the spirit of Sufism appeared in many societies and Algeria was no exception. A number of Sufi brotherhoods and Sufi figures emerged to influence people and increase their followers through disseminating morals and true faith of religion. This article sheds light on Shaykh Hussein al-Wartilani as being one of the Sufi figures who made great effort to spread good behaviour and true faith of Islam. In this article, we try to explore the man's life in its extension and its connection to Sufism, and the extent to which all of this reflected on the Sufi movement in Algeria during the Ottoman era in general
