نماذج النمو الاقتصادي والاقتصاد الجزائري

Résumé: من خلال هذا البحث نحاول ابراز مفهوم النموذج الجديد للنمو الذي تنتهجه الجزائر منذ 2016 وذلك باستعراض طبيعة الاقتصاد الجزائري وأهم المراحل التي مر بها ومن ثم القاء الضوء على نماذج النمو في النظرية الاقتصادية وتوضيح طبيعة ومحتوى النموذج الجديد للنمو الذي ركز على عدة محاور وقطاعات اقتصادية ويمتد الى سنة 2030 في محاولة لتنويع الاقتصاد الجزائري والتخلص من تبعية المحروقات ، وقد انتقد البنك الدولي و بعض الخبراء الاقتصاديين النموذج لعدم القدرة على قياس نجاعته ونجاحه من فشله. Models of economic growth and the Algerian economy In this research, we try to highlight the concept of the new model of growth that Algeria has been pursuing since 2016 by reviewing the nature of the Algerian economy and the most important stages it has undergone. After that, It sheds light on the growth models in economic theory and clarifies the nature and content of the new model of growth which focused on several axes and economic sectors. In 2030, it will be an attempt to diversify the Algerian economy and eliminate the dependency of oil. The World Bank and some economists have criticized the model for not being able to assess its effectiveness and success and its failure.
