قياس أثر الاستثمار العمومي على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990/2021 باستخدام نماذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة والمتباطئة Ardl

Résumé: يساهم الاستثمار الإنتاجي من خلال زيادة الناتج الوطني في رفع معدلات النمو الاقتصادي، إذ أن نجاح الدول في تحقيق معدلات نمو مرتفعة يتوقف على رفع معدلات الاستثمار فيها. إلا أن الاقتصاد الجزائري لا يزال يهيمن عليه قطاع المحروقات بالدرجة الأولى، وأن معدلات النمو المحققة في باقي القطاعات من وراء المبالغ المستثمرة من قبل الدولة هي ضعيفة نسبيا. ومنه، سنحاول تحديد العلاقة قصيرة وطويلة المدى بين الاستثمار المادي العمومي والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2021، باستخدام نموذج ARDL، وخلصت الدراسة القياسية إلى وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة وقصيرة الأجل بين الاستثمار العمومي والنمو لاقتصادي، لكن بنسب ضعيفة مقارنة بحجم الاستثمارات والبرامج المطبقة. Abstract: Productive investment contributes by increasing the national product to raising economic growth rates, as the success of countries in achieving high growth rates depends on raising their investment rates. However, the Algerian economy is still dominated by the hydrocarbon sector in the first place, and the growth rates achieved in the rest of the sectors behind the amounts invested by the state are relatively weak. Hence, we will try to define the short- and long-term relationship between public investment and economic growth in Algeria during the period 1990-2021.Using the ARDL model, the econometric study concluded that there is a long- and short-term equilibrium relationship between public investment and economic growth, but in weak proportions compared to the volume of investments and applied programs.
