Résumé: تعتبر حماية الملكية الفكرية ركيزة أساسية لتشجيع الابتكار العلمي وتطوير المنافسة الاقتصادية بين الشركات والأفراد في جميع الميادين، وعليه فإن التكريس القانوني لحماية الملكية الفكرية يمنع الاستعمال غير النزيه للابتكارات العلمية من طرف المنافسين، الذي من شأنه أن يؤثر بشكل سلبي على التنمية الاقتصادية. لهذا اتخذت الجزائر على غرار باقي الدول العديد من الإجراءات القانونية الكفيلة بحماية الملكية الفكرية، ولعل من أبرز هذه الإجراءات هو تفعيل وتعزيز دور جهاز الجمارك في محاربة التعدي على حقوق الملكية الفكرية من خلال منحه الصلاحيات والآليات اللازمة من أجل التدخل الصارم لمحاربة الغش والتقليد وفقا لإجراءات محددة قانونا. The protection of intellectual property is a fundamental pillar for encouraging scientific innovation and developing economic competition between companies and individuals in all fields. The legal consecration of the protection of intellectual property prevents the unfair use of scientific innovations by competitors, which would negatively affect companies and thus the economic development of countries. This is why Algeria, like other countries, has taken many legal measures to ensure the protection of intellectual property, and the most prominent of these is the strengthening of the role of the Customs Authority in combating the infringement of intellectual property rights by granting it the necessary powers and mechanisms for strict intervention to combat fraud and counterfeiting in accordance with specific procedures.
