المقاربة الأمنية لحلف شمال الأطلسي في منطقة المتوسط بعد الحرب الباردة

Résumé: إستجابة لتطورات و تغيرات البيئة الدولية الجديدة التي أعقبت نهاية الحرب الباردة، قام حلف الناتو بإعادة بناء مقاربة أمنية تناسب المشهد الأمني الجديد، وهي " مقاربة الأمن التعاوني" التى تقوم على أسس التعاون والشراكة والحوار، ولقد أخذت منطقة المتوسط حيزا معتبرا من هذه المقاربة الأمنية الجديدة كونها المنطقة الأكثر ديناميكية من ناحية التوترات والصراعات واللاإستقرار الأمني. ولكن تطبيق هذه المقاربة على أرض الواقع في الفضاء المتوسطي اصطمدت بمجموعة من التحديات التي حالت دون تحقيق الأمن والإستقرار في المنطقة. Due to the changes and the evolutions of the new international situation after the cold war, the NATO has rebuilt a security approach that best fits the new security prospect .It consists of « cooperative security » which is based on cooperation, partnership and dialogue foundations .The Mediterranean region has taken a significant part of this approach as it is the most dynamic region in terms of tensions, conflicts and security instability. But, the implementation of this approach in reality in the Mediterranean area have being met a set of challenges that deprived it to reach and realize security and stability.
