أثر التدريب على تنمية الموارد البشرية دراسة حالة المؤسسة الاستشفائية محمد بوضياف قسنطينة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة أثر التدريب في تنمية الموارد البشرية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية محمد بوضياف بولاية قسنطينة، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والاستعانة بالاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، التي تم توزيعها على عينة مُقدرة بـ 93 مفردة بطريقة العينة العشوائية، والاعتماد على برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss في عملية التحليل. توصلت الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج أهمها وجود علاقة إيجابية بين التدريب وتنمية الموارد البشرية بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة. This study aimed to know the effect of training on human resource development in the hospital institution Mohamed Boudiaf in Constantine, then relying on the descriptive approach and using the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, which was distributed to a sample estimated at 93 individuals by means of a random sample, and relying on the spss in the analysis process. The study reached a number of results, such as the existence of a positive relationship between training and human resource development in the institution under study.
