واقع المسؤولية الاجتماعية والأخلاقية للمؤسسات العمومية الجزائرية في ظل الأوبئة العالمية كوفيد 19 نموذجا - دراسة تحليلية - The Reality Of The Social And Ethical Responsibility Of Algerian Public Institutions In The Light Of Global Epidemics, Covid 19 Models - Analytical Study -

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع ممارسة المؤسسات العمومية الوطنية ممثلة بشركة سوناطراك لمفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية والأخلاقية للشركات في ظل الأوبئة العالمية -كوفيد 19 انموذجا، وقد تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحليل المعطيات الواردة في التقارير العالمية للمسؤولية الاجتماعية للدول والتقارير الوطنية الصادرة عن إدارة الشركة المدروسة، توصلنا إلى أن الشركات الجزائرية عموما شهدت تراجعا في السنوات الأخيرة حول الانفتاح على المسؤولية الاجتماعية، أما عن الشركة محل الدراسة فقد لعبت استراتيجية المسؤولية الاجتماعية لشركة سوناطراك، ومنذ بداية تفشي وباء كوفيد 19 دورا يُفتخر به، حيث دعمت الجهود الوطنية لمكافحة انتشار فيروس كورونا عن طريق مضاعفة مختلف التبرعات حيث وصلت إلى ما يقارب مليار دينار جزائري، لتثبت في النهاية أنها شركة مواطنة متضامنة بامتياز. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني وترسيخ مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية والأخلاقية لمختلف الشركات الوطنية، بالإضافة إلى توجيه مجهودات مضاعفة نحو الاستثمار في قطاعي التعليم والصحة للشركة محل الدراسة. This study aims to analyze the reality of the practice of national public institutions (Sonatrach( for the concept of corporate social and ethical responsibility in the light of global epidemics - Covid 19, The descriptive analytical approach to data analysis was followed through the global and national CSR reports. We have found that Algerian companies have seen a decline in openness to social responsibility, but for the company studied, the strategy of social responsibility for Sonatrach, and since the beginning of the outbreak of the Covid epidemic 19 roles boasted, where it supported national efforts to combat the spread of the virus by doubling donations to nearly 1 billion Algerian dinars, The study recommended the need to adopt the concept of CSR for national companies, in addition to directing redoubled efforts towards investment in the education and health sectors of Sonatrach.
