دور الجمعيات في حماية المخطوط على ضوء القانون 98-04 المتعلق بحماية التراث الثقافي

Résumé: ملخص: إن أهمية المخطوط باعتباره جزء من التراث الثقافي المادي المنقول في الجزائر تفرض علينا ضرورة تكاثف الجهود من أجل الحفاظ عليه وحمايته بمختلف السبل المتاحة لذلك ، ولعل ذلك كان سببا في اهتمام الباحثين به على اختلاف تخصصاتهم واهتماماتهم ، وفي هذا الإطار لا ننسى دور المشرع في سن قوانين ناظمة للتراث الثقافي بغية إحاطة المخطوط بالحماية القانونية اللازمة له، ولعل من بين أهم القوانين في هذا المجال نجد القانون 98-04 المتعلق بحماية التراث الثقافي. وفي إطار القانون تنشط جمعيات حماية التراث وتبذل كل ما بوسعها لحماية المخطوط. Abstract: The importance of the manuscript as a part of the material cultural heritage transferred in Algeria requires us to intensify efforts to be preserve and protected. doing this, different ways are available and This may have been the cause that make the researchers in different specialties and interests, keen on it. Taking into account the role of legislator in enacting laws which organize the cultural heritage In order to inform the manuscript of the necessary legal protection for it. Perhaps one of the important laws here is Law 98-04 on the protection of cultural heritage. Within the law frame work . the associations of protecting the heritage are active and are doing all their efforts to preserve the manuscript.
