مخطط الإتصال الحدثي وعلاقته باليقظة الإستراتيجية دراسة على عينة من المؤسسات الخدمية الجزائرية

Résumé: يهدف محتوى هذا المقال إلى دراسة كيفية بناء مخطط الاتصال الحدثي في المؤسسات الخدمية الجزائرية وعلاقة ذلك باليقظة الاستراتيجية؛ من خلال توجه بعض المؤسسات الخدمية الجزائرية لتفعيل الاتصال الحدثي اعتمادا على اليقظة الاستراتيجية وتوظيف أدواتها وتقنياتها الأساسية، وهذا لتوقع المشكلات الاتصالية المفترضة، واعتمدنا في هذا المقال على توصيف مخطط الاتصال الحدثي ثم تفسير العلاقة بينه وبين اليقظة الاستراتيجية داخل المؤسسات الخدمية بهدف الكشف عن واقع الاتصال الحدثي بها وسبل تفعيله، اعتمادا على بعض المتغيرات الأساسية ذات العلاقة. توصلت دراستنا إلى أن المؤسسات الخدمية الجزائرية عليها تبني مخطط اتصال حدثي واضح المعالم والمتغيرات، يعتمد على استعمال تقنيات اليقظة الاستراتيجية، على اعتبار بناء مخطط الاتصال الحدثي في المؤسسات الخدمية الجزائرية يتوقف على عدة متغيرات، أبرزها معرفة الاستراتيجية الاتصالية للمؤسسة، وتنفيذ مراحل الاتصال الحدثي بدقة وفعالية. This article aims to study how to build an event communication plan in Algerian service companies and its relationship to strategic watch. Because some Algerian service companiesgo to activate event communication based on strategic watch,by using its tools and basic techniques in due to anticipate the supposed communication problems.So this article describes the event communication plan and then explains the relationship between this latter and the strategic watch within service companies with the aim of revealing the reality of event communication and ways to activate it, depending on some relevant basic variables. Our study concluded that the Algerian service companies have to adopt a clear event communication plan and variables, based on the use of strategic watch techniques. Becausethe construction of the event communication plan in Algerian service companies depends on several variables, most notably knowledge of the communication strategy of the company, and the implementation of the stages of event communication accurately and effectively.
