Résumé: "The study aimed to know the impact of applying electronic management in its material and human dimensions, where the researcher followed the descriptive and analytical approach. The data was collected based on a questionnaire with employees of the National Social Insurance Fund for salaried workers. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 55 individuals, from which 5 questionnaires were excluded and for analysis. The data was used spss version 20. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the extent of the impact of the application of electronic management at the National Social Insurance Fund for workers administered by the Ain Temouchent Agency, the subject of the study, and it reached the following conclusions: Electronic management contributes to solving problems and increasing performance efficiency. Devices facilitate access to information, reduce workload, and reduce costs. Communication networks also support the speed of communication and transfer of information between workers.
