العولمة وأزمة الدولة القومية في الفلسفة الغربية المعاصرة

Résumé: لعل ظهور العولمة سيشكل العامل الأبرز الذي دفع إلى التفكير في نهاية صلاحية الدولة القومية ومن ثم إمكانية تجاوزها إلى ما بعد الدولة الأمة، فالعولمة قسمت بطريقة غير عادلة الأدوار في العالم وبلا رحمة ،حيث هناك منتصر وهناك مهزوم مما يصعب عملية التفاهم والتبادل، وهذا التواصل المشوه يعود سببه إلى الدول الأقوى التي غلقت قنوات الحوار مع المهزوم، لذلك دعت العديد من النظريات الفلسفية والسياسية في مناسبات عديدة الديمقراطيات الليبرالية الغربية إلى ضرورة إعادة إنشاء قنوات للتواصل بدلا من تعطيله. إن العولمة في نظر هذه النظريات تمس بالتناسق الثقافي الوطني، وهذا الدور منوط بالأسواق العالمية ووسائل الإعلام الجماهيري حيث تؤدي هذه العناصر إلى توحيد النموذج الثقافي الأمريكي وجعله عالميا وهذا ما نلاحظه من غزو الأفلام والموسيقى والبرامج التلفزيونية وهيمنة اللغة الإنجليزية مما يعني عجز الدولة القومية التي يكمن الحل في تجاوزها إلى مستوى عابر للأوطان. Abstract: Perhaps the emergence of globalization will constitute the most prominent factor that led to thinking at the end of the validity of the nation-state and then the possibility of overcoming it beyond the nation-state, because globalization divided in an unfair manner the roles in the world and without mercy, where there is a victor and there is defeated which makes the process of understanding and exchange difficult, and this distorted communication It is due to the strongest states that closed the channels of dialogue with the vanquished, and therefore many philosophical and political theories have called on many occasions Western liberal democracies to the necessity of re-establishing channels of communication rather than disrupting it. Globalization in the eyes of these theories affects the national cultural harmony, and this role is vested in global markets and the mass media, as these elements lead to the unification of the American cultural model and make it global, and this is what we observe from the conquest of movies, music, TV programs and the dominance of the English language, which means the inability of the nation-state in which the solution lies In transcending it to a transnational level.
