دور الحماية الجزائية والتربية الجنسية للطفل في مكافحة العنف الجنسي The Role Of Penal Protection And Child Sexual Education In The Fighting Sexual Violence

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح الدور الذي تمثله كل من الحماية الجزائية والتربية الجنسية للطفل في مكافحة العنف الجنسي المرتكب على الأطفال، وعلى الخصوص التحرش الجنسي والاعتداء الجنسي. فالحماية الجزائية للطفل تعد سدا منيعا ضد مرتكب الجريمة في حق الطفل، وسط بيئة توفر لأبنائها تربية جنسية بالقدر المناسب لسنه؛ من المعارف والمعلومات والخبرات الجنسية بصورة علمية وفي إطار شرعي، تساهم دون شك في إكساب الطفل مناعة ضد الوقوع فريسة للعنف الجنسي، والتحرشات والاعتداءات الجنسية بصفة عامة. Abstract: The study aims to highlight the role of penal protection and child sexual education in the fighting sexual violence committed against children and in particular, sexual harassment and sexual abuse. Penal protection for children is an effective barrier against offender against the child. In an environment that provides her children, sexual education appropriate for their age, sexual knowledge, information and experiences in a scientific and legal framework, which undoubtedly contribute to making children immune to falling prey to violence, and sexual harassment and sexual abuse in general.
