Résumé: ظهر مفهوم الأمن المجتمعي في النظرية البنائية كمحاولة تفسيرية مغايرة تتناقض مع الطرح التقليدي، ولكن مثل غيرها من النظريات الأخرى في العلاقات الدولية، تطورت الدراسات البنائية نتيجة للتباين في وجهات النظر بين الباحثين والمنظرين، وقد دفع هذا التباين إلى استكشاف أبعاد أخرى للأمن. ظهر الأمن الأنطولوجي كمفهوم بديل من جهة ومتقارب من جهة أخرى مع تصور الأمن المجتمعي ولكنه يركز على الجوانب النفسية والوجودية للأمن. تناول هذه المقال تطور الدراسات البنائية الأمنية وكيفية تغيرت النظرة من الأمن المجتمعي إلى الأمن الأنطولوجي. يشمل التحليل مراحل الانتقال من التركيز على الأمن المجتمعي إلى ظهور الأمن الأنطولوجي داخل النظرية البنائية. تهدف الدراسة للبحث عن الأسس المفاهيمية للأمان المجتمعي في المنظور البنائي وأهميته، وكذلك فحص التحول نحو الأمن الأنطولوجي وتأثيراته على فهم ديناميكيات الأمن على المستويين الفردي والمجتمعي، مع التركيز على إمكانية تطبيقه على مستوى الدولة. كما يُستكشف المقال أبرز الانتقادات الموجهة للأمن الأنطولوجي والقصور المعرفي لهذا الطرح. The emergence of societal security within constructivist theory challenges traditional approaches in international relations. Like other theories, constructivist studies have evolved, driven by diverse perspectives among researchers. This diversity led to an exploration of additional security dimensions. Ontological security, as an alternative concept, both diverges and converges with societal security, placing emphasis on psychological and existential aspects. The article traces the evolution of constructivist security studies, observing a shift from societal security to ontological security. The analysis explores the transition stages within constructivist theory, aiming to understand the conceptual foundations and significance of societal security. It also investigates the impact of the shift to ontological security on security dynamics at individual and societal levels, along with the potential application of ontological security at the state level. The article delves into prominent criticisms of ontological security and its cognitive limitations.
