أثر التسويق الداخلي على الالتزام التنظيمي دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر- تبسة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى بيان مدى مساهمة التسويق الداخلي في تحقيق الإلتزام التنظيمي لدى عينة من العاملين بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر – تبسة. باتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري وذلك بوصف الظاهرة ، وتم الاعتماد في الجانب التطبيقي على منهج دراسة حالة باعتماد الإستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات ، كما تم استخدام برنامج (spss) لمعالجة البيانات. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أنه توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى معنوية 5 بالمئة بين التسويق الداخلي والإلتزام التنظيمي في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر –تبسة-، كما خلصت النتائج إلى أن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بعد التمكين والإلتزام التنظيمي لدى العاملين، في حين لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بقية الأبعاد والالتزام التنظيمي لدى العاملين في المؤسسة محل الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: تسويق داخلي، إلتزام تنظيمي، اتصالات الجزائر. This studyaimed to demonstrate the extent to whichinternal marketing contributes to achievingorganizationalcommitementamong a sampleemployeesatAlgeria Telecom Campany-Tebessa.Byfollowing the descriptveanalyticalapproach in the theoreticalside by describing the phenomenon, and in the appliedside, acasestudyapproachwasadopted by adopting the questionnaire as a toolfoa data collection, and the Spss program wasused to progress the data. This study concluded that there is a statiscally significant reationship at a significant level of 5 percent between internl marketing and organizational commitment in Algeria Telecom Corporation-Tebessa, and the results also concluded that the is a statiscally significant reationship between the dimension of empowerment and organizational commitment among workers, while there is not a statiscally significant reationship between the rest of the dimonsions and the organizational commitment of the workers in the campany under stady.
