فاعلية الذات المهنية لدى عمال مديرية اتصالات الجزائر بورقلة و علاقتها ببعض المتغيرات الديمغرافية

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن مستوى فاعلية الذات المهنية لدى عمال مديرية اتصالات الجزائر، بورقلة. وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات الديمغرافية (الجنس، السن، المستوى التعليمي، الخبرة). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي، وتم تطبيق الأداة والمتمثلة في الاستبيان لدكتور ليث حمزة علي لمعرفة مستوى فاعلية الذات ومعرفة إذا كانت عناك فروق تعزى لمتغير الجنس، السن، المستوى التعليمي، الخبرة. فبعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكو مترية لها. تم تطبيقها على عينة تكون من (80) عامل وعاملة، وقد تمت المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي spss حيث أسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية: - مستوى فاعلية الذات المهنية لدى عمال اتصالات الجزائر مرتفع. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في فاعلية الذات المهنية لدى عينة البحث تعزى لمتغير الجنس. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في فاعلية الذات المهنية لدى عينة البحث تعزى لمتغير السن. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في فاعلية الذات المهنية لدى عينة البحث تعزى لمتغير المستوى الدراسي. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في فاعلية الذات المهنية لدى عينة البحث تعزى لمتغير الخبرة. وقد نوقشت نتائج هذه الدراسة في ضوء الجانب النظري وبعض الدراسات السابقة،وأخيرا بتقديم بعض الاقتراحات الموجهة للباحثين وأصحاب القرار في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر. The current study aims to reveal the level of professional self-efficacy among the workers of the Directorate of Algiers Communications, ouargla. To achieve the objectives of the study, the exploratory descriptive approach was used, and the tool represented in the questionnaire by Dr. Laith Hamza Ali was applied to find out the level of self-efficacy and to see if there are differences due to the variables of gender, age, educational level, experience. After ascertaining its psychometric properties. It wasapplied to a sample of (80) male and female workers and the statistical treatment was carried out using the statistical program spss, where the study resulted in the following results: The level of professional self-efficacy among Algeria Telecom workers is high. - There are no statistically significant differences in the professional self-efficacy of the research sample due to the gender variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in the professional self-efficacy of the research sample due to the age variable. - There are statistically significant differences in the professional self-efficacy of the research sample due to the academic level variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in the professional self-efficacy of the research sample due to the variable of experience. The results of this study were discussed in the light of the theoretical aspect and some previous studies, and concluded by presenting some suggestions directed to researchers and decision-makers in the Algeria Communications Corporation.
