المشاكل والصعوبات التي تواجه أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي في تفعيل حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية في مرحلة الابتدائي

Résumé: تفعيل حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية من وجهة نظرهم، ، وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة قصدية شملت(100) أستاذ وأستاذة بابتدائيات عين وسارة ولاية الجلفة، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي من خلال توزيع استمارات الاستبيان على أفراد العينة. أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على صحة فرضياتنا المقترحة وتبين لنا أن تفعيل حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية في مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي تواجهه عدة مشكلات منها نقص تكوين الأستاذ في هذه المادة وكذا نقص الميادين والأدوات والوسائل الخاصة بتسيير الحصة. Abstract: This study aimed to find out the most important problems and difficulties facing primary education teachers in activating the physical education and sports class from their point of view, and the study was conducted on an intentional sample that included (100) professors and professors in Elementary School Ain and Sarah in the Wilayat of Djelfa, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used. By distributing the questionnaire forms to the sample members. Finally, the results of the study resulted in the validity of our proposed hypotheses, and it became clear to us that activating the physical education and sports quota in the primary education stage faces several problems, including the lack of teacher training in this subject, as well as the lack of fields, tools and means for running the class.
