Résumé: ملخص: سنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة بيان أثر التعليم المقاولاتي بأبعاده (المهارات الفنية والإدارية والشخصية) في تعزيز التمكين النفسي لدى طلبة الماستر تخصص مقاولاتية بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة وهران 2، من خلال التطرق إلى أهم الجوانب النظرية المتصلة بالموضوع، إلى جانب دراسة ميدانية لعينة الدراسة والمتكونة من 73 طالب، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي، وباستخدام برنامج SPSS. وقد توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: "وجود أثر للتعليم المقاولاتي على التمكين النفسي لدى طلبة الماستر تخصص مقاولاتية بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة وهران2." وخلصت التوصيات إلى ضرورة ترقية البرامج التعليمية لتتماشى مع المقاولاتية من خلال إدراج مقاييس المقاولاتية في جميع التخصصات على مستوى الكلية، بالإضافة إلى تكوين الأساتذة والمأطرين في مجال التعليم المقاولاتي والتمكين النفسي. Abstract : Through this study, we will try to show the effect of entrepreneurial education through its dimensions (technical, administrative and personal skills) on Strengthen psychological empowerment among Master students specialize in Entrepreneurial at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Oran2, by examining the most important theoretical aspects related to the Subject, In addition to a field study of the study sample, which consists of 73 students, by using the descriptive approach and the analytical approach, and by using the SPSS program. We reached a set of results, the most important of which are: "There is a statistically significant effect of entrepreneurial education on psychological empowerment among Master students specialize in Entrepreneurial at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Oran 2 at the level of significance (α≤0.05)." The recommendations concluded The necessity of upgrading educational programs to align with entrepreneurship, through including enterprise standards in all specializations at the college level, In addition to Training teachers and supervisors in the field of Entrepreneurial education education and psychological empowerment.
