توظيف تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في مواجهة الجريمة الالكترونية

Résumé: شهد العالم تطوراً كبيراً ونقلة نوعية في كيفية التواصل فيما بين البشر، بدءاً بالوسائل البسيطة من النار وورق الأشجار وصولا إلى تطور هائل بالتكنولوجيا تمثل في ظهور الحواسيب والأجهزة المحمولة وانتشار شبكة ضخمة من المعلومات الالكترونية وهي ما تعرف بشبكة الانترنت الأمر الذي احدث فارقا عظيما في حياة البشرية وحمل فوائد جمة لا تعد ولا تحصى، ولكن لا يكاد يخلو شيء من الفجوات وهذا حال ذلك التطور الذي أفضى إلى ظهور عديد المشاكل والعوائق التي أصبحت تشكل عائقا أمام تحقيق أهداف التطور والتقدم، ومن هذه العوائق والتحديات نجد الجرائم الإلكترونية, بحيث شهدت الجرائم الإلكترونية انتشاراً كبيراً في الواقع حتى أصبحت تستهدف عديد الفئات المجتمعية والشرائح المختلفة كالشباب والفتيات والمراهقين ورجال الأعمال. لقد أصبح من اللازم على الجهات الأمنية أن يتعاملوا مع شبكة الانترنت بذكاء شديد، هذا الذكاء الذي أصبحت بعض التطبيقات الالكترونية تحاكيه، وبكفاءة عالية، فهي قادرة على التجريب والتعلم وتطوير نفسها ذاتيا دون تدخل الإنسان، لذلك يمكن لهذه التطبيقات إن برمجت بطريقة معينة، لمواجهة خطر الكتروني معين مثل الجرائم الالكترونية، فقد تحقق نجاحا كبيرا، وهو الموضوع الذي سنركز عليه في دراستنا هذه. Abstract: The world has witnessed a great development and a paradigm shift in how we communicate among humans. From the simple means of fire and tree paper to the enormous development of technology was the emergence of computers and mobile devices and the proliferation of a vast network of electronic information, known as the Internet, which made a great difference in human life and carried myriad benefits, but there are hardly any gaps. This has led to many problems and obstacles that have become obstacles to achieving the goals of development and progress. Among these obstacles and challenges, we find cybercrime. In fact, cybercrime has become so widespread that it targets many community groups and different segments, such as young people, girls, adolescents and businessmen. It has become necessary for security agencies to deal with the Internet very intelligently. This intelligence, which some electronic applications have become simulating, and with high efficiency ", they are able to experiment, learn and develop themselves subjectively without human intervention, so if these applications are programmed in a certain way, to face a certain cyberthreat like cybercrime, it has been a great success, and it is the subject that we will focus on in this study.
