أثر ريادة الأعمال النسائية على النمو الاقتصادي

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس الأثر الذي تحدثه ريادة الأعمال النسائية على النمو الاقتصادي ضمن عينة من الدول الافريقية مكونة من 33 دولة خلال الفترة الممتدة من (1990-2023)، وللتحليل التجريبي تم استخدام بيانات السلاسل الزمنية المقطعية وفق كل من آلية لوحة تصحيح الخطأ المعياري (PCSE)، وتقدير نموذج الاثار العشوائية مع الأخطاء المعيارية، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير ايجابي لريادة الأعمال النسائية على نصيب الفرد العامل من الناتج المحلي الاجمالي وبالتالي زيادة النمو الاقتصادي ومستوى تنافسية الاقتصاد في مجموعة الدول الافريقية محل الدراسة، كما أكدت الدراسة على وجود أثر طردي في مؤشر الزواج ومؤشر التنقل للنساء، على عكس كل من مؤشر مكان العمل للنساء، مؤشر عدم المساواة ومؤشر التنمية بين الجنسين كان له أثر عكسي على النمو الاقتصادي، إضافة إلى ذلك فإنه لا توجد علاقة بين مؤشر مدفوعات النساء وكذا مؤشر الأبوة للنساء على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي في الدول الافريقية محل الدراسة. "Abstract: This study aimed to measure the impact that female entrepreneurship has on the economic growth of 33 African countries during the period extending from (1990-2023), and for the empirical analysis, panel data were used according to both Panel-Corrected Standard Errors(PCSE), and Method of Moments Quantile Regression (MMQR). The study concluded that there is a positive impact of women’s entrepreneurship on the per capita working GDP and thus increasing economic growth and the level of competitiveness of the economy in the group of African countries under study. The study also confirmed the presence of a positive impact of the female Marriage index and the female mobility index, unlike the female workplace index, the inequality index and the gender development index, had an inverse impact on economic growth. In addition, there is no relationship between the female payment index and the female parenthood index on the per capita GDP in the African country under study. "
