Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور العملات المشفرة في تحسين أداء القطاع المصرفي، كما تسعى إلى استكشاف تأثير العملات الرقمية على مستقبل المعاملات المالية، خاصة مع تزايد استخدامها بين الأفراد دون الحاجة إلى وسطاء. وقد تناولت الدراسة عملة البيتكوين باعتبارها أحد الأنظمة الجديدة للعملات الرقمية المعتمدة على التشفير الرقمي، مما أحدث ثورة في عالم المال والأعمال، كما تمثل تحولًا تكنولوجيًا غير مسبوق في مجال التداول المالي. وأظهرت الدراسة أن العملات الرقمية أسهمت في تسريع المعاملات بين الأطراف، مع تقليص تكاليف الوسطاء الماليين، لكنها أظهرت أيضًا غياب جهة ضامنة تضمن حقوق الأطراف في المعاملات. وفي ضوء ذلك، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة وضع آليات تضمن حقوق الأطراف، إلى جانب تعزيز الرقابة على المعاملات غير القانونية. Artificial intelligence and financial technology's contribution to improving the banking industry's performance And because more people are engaging with digital currencies without the use of a middleman, this study sought to show how these currencies would affect financial transactions in the future. We discussed the Bitcoin currency, a new type of digital currency system built on digital encryption that is transforming business and finance and representing a technological revolution in financial trade never seen before. The study discovered that digital currencies helped to speed up transactions between parties and lessen the burden of financial intermediary costs and the lack of a transaction guarantor that protects the parties' rights. As a result, the study suggested that in order to both control illicit transactions and ensure the rights of the parties involved in a transaction, methods must be developed.
