Cryptocurrency العملات الرقمية ورقمنة القطاع المالي في الجزائر: التعامل بالعملات الرقمية المشفرة
Résumé: تهدف هذه المداخلة إلى دراسة دور العملات الرقمية المشفرة في رقمنة القطاع المالي في الجزائر واستكشاف الفوائد والتحديات المرتبطة بها. مع التطورات السريعة في مجال التكنولوجيا المالية، تعتبر العملات المشفرة أداة أساسية لتحقيق الشمول المالي وتحسين الكفاءة المالية، خاصة في البلدان النامية مثل الجزائر. تشير النتائج إلى أن العملات المشفرة تسهم في تسهيل التحويلات المالية الدولية، تعزيز التجارة الخارجية، ودعم الابتكار المالي من خلال تقنيات مثل البلوكشين. رغم الحظر القانوني المفروض على التعامل بهذه العملات في الجزائر، إلا أن النمو غير الرسمي لها يعكس رغبة الأفراد والشركات في الاستفادة من هذه التكنولوجيا الجديدة،كما توصل البحث إلى أن تبني إطار تنظيمي لهذه العملات يمكن أن يساعد في تقليل المخاطر المرتبطة بالتقلبات السعرية والجرائم المالية، مع تعزيز فرص النمو الاقتصادي والشمول المالي. بفضل هذه العملات، يمكن للجزائر تعزيز مكانتها الاقتصادية والاستفادة من التحولات الرقمية التي يشهدها العالم. Abstract: This presentation aims to examine the role of cryptocurrencies in digitizing the financial sector in Algeria, exploring both the benefits and challenges associated with their adoption. With rapid developments in financial technology, cryptocurrencies are considered a key tool for achieving financial inclusion and improving financial efficiency, particularly in developing countries like Algeria. The findings indicate that cryptocurrencies contribute to facilitating international money transfers, enhancing foreign trade, and supporting financial innovation through technologies such as blockchain. Despite the legal restrictions on cryptocurrency use in Algeria, their informal growth reflects the eagerness of individuals and companies to leverage this emerging technology. The study concludes that establishing a regulatory framework for cryptocurrencies can help mitigate risks associated with price volatility and financial crimes, while also promoting economic growth and financial inclusion. These developments position Algeria to benefit from global digital transformations and enhance its economic standing.
