مكامن القوة في الشخصية والفضائل الانسانية لدى الأطفال والمراهقين في المدارس – دراسة في ظل علم النفس الايجابي –

Résumé: يعد بناء القوة وتحقيق سعادة والرفاه والازدهار الشخصي للأفراد والجماعات، الأساس النظري الذي يقوم عليه علم النفس الايجابي. لذلك ستقدم هذه الورقة البحثية الآليات التي حددها علم النفس الإيجابي في اطار مؤسسات التمكين والتعليم الايجابي داخل المدارس من خلال جرد مكامن القوى المميزة (بصمة القوة) لدى فئة الأطفال والمراهقين ما بين 8-14 سنة، وهذا اعتمادا على مقياس مكامن القوة والفضائل (VIA-Youth). وتبعا لذلك فقد أظهرت النتائج أن بصمة القوى المميزة للأطفال والمراهقين في المدرسة تتمثل في قوة الذكاء الاجتماعي، قوة حب الاستطلاع، قوة المثابرة، قوة الحيوية وقوة التفاؤل، وأنه لا توجد فروق جوهرية بين الجنسين، حيث بينت العديد من الدراسات السابقة أن نتائج الدراسة الحالية ترتبط ايجابا مع الرضا والخبرات المدرسية، الكفاءة الأكاديمية، السلوك الصفي الإيجابي. Abstract : Building strength and achieving the happiness, well-being and personal prosperity of individuals and groups is the basis of positive psychology theory Therefore, this research proposal we will introduce the Strategies identified by positive psychology in The context of empowerment and positive education institutions within schools through the inventory of the strengths (Signature Strengths) of children and adolescents between 8-14 years, depending on the scale of strengths and virtues(VIA-Youth). The results show that the distinctive strengths of children and adolescents in school are the strength of social intelligence, the power of curiosity, the strength of perseverance, the strength of vitality and the power of optimism, and that there are no significant gender differences , Where many previous studies have shown that the current results are positively correlated with satisfaction with life and school experiences, academic efficiency, positive classroom behavior Keywords: positive psychology- character strengths- Values- Children and adolescents in schools.
