أثر التمكين الإداري في تحفيز السلوك الإبداعي لدى العاملين بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية -دراسة حالة مجموعة بن حمادي ببرج بوعريريج-

Résumé: يسعى هذا البحث إلى معرفة أثر التمكين الإداري في تحفيز السلوك الإبداعي لدى العاملين في مؤسسات مجموعة بن حمادي ببرج بوعريريج-الجزائر، ولتحقيق الهدف تم تصميم إستبانة وزعت على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (83) عامل، من مجتمع يضم جميع العمال والإداريين المتواجدين في مختلف مديريات ودوائر مؤسسات مجموعة بن حمادي والبالغ عددهم (257) عامل، وقد توصلت النتائج إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتمكين الإداري على تحفيز السلوك الإبداعي لدى العاملين، كما بينت النتائج أيضاً عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اتجاهات العاملين نحو السلوك الإبداعي، والتي يمكن أن تعزى إلى المتغيرات الوظيفية (مدة الخدمة والمسمى الوظيفي)؛ وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تم صياغة جملة من التوصيات لتعزيز مسار التمكين الإداري والسلوك الإبداعي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية. The aim of the paper is to study the effect of administrative empowerment on motivating creative behavior among employees of BENHAMADI Group. To achieve this objective, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a random sample of 100 workers from a community of workers and administrators BENHAMADI Group of 257 workers. The results showed that there was a statistically significant effect of administrative ability on motivating creative behavior among employees. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between attitudes towards creative behavior, which can be attributed to functional variables Job title. In the light of these results, a number of recommendations were formulated to enhance the process of administrative empowerment and creative behavior in the Algerian economic enterprises.
