أثر التمكين الاداري على السلوك الإبداعي للموارد البشرية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز مفهوم و أهمية التمكين الإداري في المنظمات و أثره على السلوك الإبداعي لدى الموارد البشرية فيها. من خلال التطرق إلى الاطار المفاهيمي لكل من التمكين الإداري و السلوك الإبداعي و تبيان العلاقة بينهما نظريا و كذلك من خلال نتائج بعض الدراسات السابقة حيث يعتبر التمكين الإداري كأحد أهم المداخل لتعزيز السلوك الإبداعي للموارد البشرية انطلاقا من تبني إدارة المنظمة لمبادئ و مقومات التمكين الإداري، و التي تقوم على منح لسلطة أكبر و التحفيز و تفعيل الاتصال و مشاركة المعلومات و التدريب ...إلخ؛ This research paper aims to highlight the concept and importance of administrative empowerment in organizations and its impact on the creative behavior of human resources in them. By addressing the conceptual framework of both administrative empowerment and creative behavior, and clarifying the relationship between them theoretically, as well as through the results of some previous studies, where administrative empowerment is considered as one of the most important entrances to enhance the creative behavior of human resources, based on the organization’s adoption of the principles and elements of administrative empowerment, and Which is based on granting greater authority, motivation, activation of communication, sharing of information, training, etc.
