Résumé: ملخص: إهتمت الدراسة بابراز دور مناخ الإبداع في تحفيز السلوك الإبداعي لدى العاملين في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، وفي هذا الإطار، تم تصميم نموذج لمناخ إبداع يتضمن ثلاث أبعاد رئيسية هي: الإعتراف الوجودي، الإعتراف بطريقة العمل، الإعتراف بالمثابرة في العمل. وتم بحث هذه الإشكالية في مؤسسة أونيام الجزائر لصناعة الكهرومنزليات، أين توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها، أن أجواء العمل السائدة في المؤسسة، لا تتصف بخصائص أو سمات مناخ الإبداع، كما أن هذا الأخير له دور معنوي سلبي في كبح السلوك الإبداعي لدى العاملين في المؤسسة المدروسة. Abstract: The study focused on the role of the creativity climate in stimulating the creative behavior of workers in the economic company, and in this context, a model of creativity climate was designed that includes three main dimensions: existential recognition, work method recognition, recognition of persistence at work. This problem was studied in ENIEM Algeria, that is, the study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the prevailing work climate in the company is not characterized by the characteristics or features of the creativity climate, and the latter has a negative moral role in curbing the creative behavior of the employees of the studied company.
