تأهيل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة كقاطرة للتنمية بالجزائر دراسة تحليلية لبرامج التأهيل للفترة 2002/2017

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مختلف البرامج الوطنية لتأهيل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر، باستعمال المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي حيث تم الاستناد على التقارير وإحصائيات وزارة الصناعة والمناجم التي تخص المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر. وبعد التعريف بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وعملية التأهيل في الجزائر تم التطرق إلى مختلف البرامج الوطنية المطبقة لتأهيل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وتقييم هذه البرامج، وتم استنتاج إن البرامج المتبناة من طرف الجزائر لم ترقى إلى الحجم الذي يسهم في الاقتصاد وزيادة تنافسيتها على المستوى العالمي. This study aims to identify the different national programs for the rehabilitation of small and medium enterprises in Algeria using the descriptive and analytical method. The reports and statistics of the Ministry of Industry and Mines that belong to small and medium enterprises are represented by these institutions. Following the definition of small and medium enterprises and the rehabilitation process in Algeria, the various programs applied to rehabilitate and evaluate the programs that were discussed. It was concluded that these programs adopted by Algeria did not amount to the size that contributes to the economy and increase its competitiveness globally.
