المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر؛ دراسة إحصائية تحليلية (2002-2016)

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة وتحليل ظاهرة إنشاء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة بين سنتي 2002 و 2016، وتم الاستعانة بالمعطيات والبيانات الإحصائية للتوصل إلى معرفة العوامل الحقيقية التي تدفع الأفراد إلى إنشاء هذا النوع من المؤسسات والعراقيل التي تجابههم أثناء مراحل الإنشاء. وقد بينت الدراسة أن هناك تأثيرا لقطاع النشاط على ظاهرة إنشاء المؤسسات، كما خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الاستقلالية والعلاقات الوظيفية، البطالة، التخرج من الدراسة، المحيط الاجتماعي، والعامل الاقتصادي كلها عوامل رئيسية في إنشاء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر. الكلمات المفتاحية:المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، إنشاء المؤسسات، قطاع النشاط. Summary: The purpose of this paper is to study and analyze the phenomenon of the establishment of small and medium enterprises in Algeria during the period from 2002 to 2016. Data and statistical data were used to find out the real factors that lead individuals to establish these types of institutions and obstacles facing them during the construction stages. The study showed that the sector of activity has an impact on the establishment of institutions. The study also found that independence and employment relations, unemployment, graduation, social environment and economic factors are all factors in the establishment of small and medium enterprises in Algeria.
