الحماية الجزائية لأموال المؤسسات الخيرية Criminal Protection Of Funds Of Calcareous Enterprises

Résumé: نص التشريع الجزائري في إطار قانون العقوبات الجزائري على حماية جزائية لأموال المؤسسات الخيرية، حيث قد يشكل سلوك الاستيلاء على أموال المؤسسات الخيرية جريمة خيانة أمانة من قبل القائمين على المؤسسة إذا سلمت لهم الأموال بناء على عقد من عقود الأمانة المنصوص عليها في 376 ق ع ج ، وقد يشكل سلوك الاستيلاء جريمة نصب إذا استخدم القائمون على المؤسسة الخيرية أسلوب من الأساليب الاحتيالية المنصوص عليها في نص المادة 372 ق ع ج . Abstract The Algerian legislation under the Algerian Penal Code provides for the criminal protection of the funds of charitable organizations, where the behavior of the seizure of funds of charitable institutions may constitute a crime of betrayal of trust by the administrators of the institution if the money is delivered to them on the basis of a contract of trust stipulated in 376 , The conduct of the seizure may constitute a crime if the charity's agents use a method of fraudulent tactics provided for in article 372 .
