تكنولوجيا المعلومات ومدى مساهمتها في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي: دراسة ميدانية بمصلحة التنظيم والشؤون العامة لبلدية تندوف

Résumé: هدفت هذه الورقة إلى تعزيز فهم أداء الموظفين والعوامل المؤثرة فيه، إذا نقترح نموذجًا مفاهيميًا يحدد علاقة التأثير بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات وأبعاد الأداء الوظيفي الثلاثة وهي: حجم العمل المنجز، جودة أداء العاملين، معرفة العاملين بالوظيفة وإلتزامهم بها، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم توزيع إستبيان على عينة عشوائية تقدر بـ 65 موظف بمصلحة التنظيم والشؤون العامة ببلدية تندوف، وتمت المعالجة الإحصائية بالإعتماد على برنامجي: SPSS V24 و Smart PLS4، وقد توصلنا إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات على تحسين الأداء الوظيفي، وهذا من خلال مساهمتها في تبسيط إجراءات العمل وتحسين جودة أداء الموظفين بالإضافة إلى زيادة معرفة العاملين والتزامهم بمتطلبات الوظيفة. الكلمات المفتاحية: تكنولوجيا المعلومات، أداء وظيفي، جودة الأداء، حجم العمل المنجز، بلدية تندوف. تصنيف JEL: L32; L86; M12; M54; O15; O33 Abstract: This paper aims to enhance understanding of employee performance and the factors affecting it. If we propose a conceptual model that defines the impact relationship between the three dimensions of employee performance and information technology, to accomplish the goals of the research, a questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 65 employees of the Tindouf Municipal Department of Organization and Public Affairs. The statistical treatment was based on two programs: SPSS V24 and Smart PLS4. We have come up with a statistically significant impact of IT on improving employee performance through its contribution to streamlining work procedures and improving the quality of staff performance, as well as increasing work-ers' knowledge and commitment to job requirements.
